Costume completed - March 16, 2007

Lenalee wears this coat through the beginning of the manga. As the story progresses it eventually gets destroyed from being in battle. There were these few panels in the manga which I really liked how the coat looked in addition to the new change in the boots.

Coat - The coat is made from black PVC leather and lined. A slit was made on the right side of the coat.

Boots - I used the same thigh high boots except I rolled it down to a below the knee length. The same boot covers in the Innocence version were used. I made the circled designs out of craftfoam, PVC leather and acrylic paint. There are two black straps that go across the boot at the foot. These were made using PVC leather and wiring on the inside to help maintain and hold its shape since these two straps appear to be in the air.
